Scott Valle
Scott Valle is one of the founders and directors of SalesKey. He has been working in the financial services industry since 1991. For about three decades now, Scott has acquired the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to help guide those in the financial services industry, especially financial brokers.
Scott has quite an impressive work history, which shows his connection to the finance industry. He once worked for Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. He later took on the role of being an executive consultant and then a general manager for both Liberty Financial and McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG) until 2015 and 2017, respectively.
For one year, Scott served as the director of the Better Business Consultancy, a firm located in Melbourne. In late 2017, SalesKey was born, and since January 2018, Scott has worked as the Director for the company.
Having been in the finance industry for several years, Scott Valle knows the value of training for those working in finance while identifying gaps and increasing the motivation of employees. Through his experience, Scott emphasises the benefits of collaboration for achieving the desired results of the finance operations and business.
Darren Rumble
Darren Rumble is one of the veterans in dealership and brokerage in the country. In fact, these two areas as his specialties, having been working with clients since 1989. Before he started SalesKey with Scott, Darren first founded and served as the managing director for NFC Aggregation from 2003 to 2013.
Shortly after, he also worked as the General Manager for Presidian Group from 2013 to 2015 and McMillan Shakespeare until 2017. A year later, SalesKey was born, and Darren Rumble is one of the Founding Directors of the company.
The plan for SalesKey was to provide services and guidance for professionals in the Australian Financial Services industry. The core focus is set on Finance Brokers who have strict requirements when it comes to compliance. As a growing compliance business, SalesKey has begun providing a variety of compliance services outside credit licensing. Among the services offered include education and training, file audits, and business health checks.
For clients and colleagues that know Darren, he has always shown his appetite for innovation. He looks for ways to constantly change or renew things to become more creative, both personally and business-wise.
